FAQ

1. How many days you need to install the equipment?

With all tools and materials ready, the installation of the air compression system is expected to take 1-3 days; vacuum pump equipment installation is scheduled for 1-3 days; the construction period for the chiller system depends on the site layout, project scale, and construction difficulty, generally ranging from 7 days to 2 months.

2. How many staff abroad you sent to install the equipment?

The number of construction personnel is arranged according to the scale of the project, and can be up to 20 people for larger projects.

3. You have sales target finished amount requirement to the distributor?

The contract amount must reach USD 100,000, or 10 units of equipment.

4. Can I transfer the money to you then you pay to other supplier?

Payment will be made to the corresponding supplier based on the funds.

5. Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?

Yes.

6. When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?

Holidays are arranged normally according to Chinese legal regulations.

7. Can the equipment be installed under hot weather?

Our air compressors, vacuum pumps, chiller units, and other equipment can be installed in operating environments up to 50°C, provided proper ventilation and cooling systems are in place.

9. Do You have office in shanghai or guangzhou that i can visit?

10. Can you send your staff to install the equipment for us?

We can arrange technical and construction personnel to install the equipment at the customer's site.

We strongly recommend that customers purchase original parts directly from us to ensure stable operation of the equipment, meet parameter requirements, and guarantee the quality and material of the parts.

12. Will you will attend the fair to show your products?

Planning and participation are based on the company's development needs.

13. Can you send your equipment to my warehouse in guangzhou?

We will cooperate with customer needs to safely deliver products to the customer's designated location, not limited to Guangzhou warehouses.

14. How long it takes you to provide the designing options for us?

It depends on the product characteristics and the actual situation of the project. Design proposals for standard air compressor and chiller projects are typically provided within 1-2 days, non-standard projects within 3 days, and vacuum pump projects within 2-7 days.

15. What is your products standardization?

Our products include air compressors, vacuum pumps, chiller units, etc., used in different fields. Each product is manufactured following relevant Chinese standards. For exported products, we also provide non-standard customization according to customer requirements. Specific standards can be inquired via email.

16. How do you pack the equipment?

We have several packaging methods including air column packaging, carton packaging, and wooden case packaging. The specific shipping packaging will be adjusted according to the transportation method.

We can modify the design according to the customer's special requirements, including dimensions and configuration functions.
