The motor and compressor are integrated, resulting in high transmission efficiency, no oil leakage risk, low operating noise, and long service life.
This series includes Air-cooled Screw Chillers and Water-cooled Screw Chillers with cooling capacities ranging from 80kW to 1802kW, available in single or dual unit configurations, meeting the cooling needs of everything from small workshops to large building complexes. They operate reliably across a wide temperature range, from -35℃ to 45℃.
All models utilize shell-and-tube heat exchangers, meeting industrial-grade pressure standards – refrigerant design pressure of 2.85MPa and water side design pressure of 1.0MPa, with a large heat exchange area and robust structure. Air-cooled models are specifically equipped with high-efficiency V-shaped finned coils, ensuring even airflow distribution and smooth circulation; coupled with high-quality hydrophilic aluminum foil fins, this delays frosting and improves heat exchange efficiency. The piping is corrosion-resistant, suitable for various industrial cooling applications, providing stable heat exchange performance, fast cooling, and lower energy consumption over long-term use.
The entire Screw Chiller series features over 30 safety protection functions, including over-voltage, under-voltage, anti-freeze, and high/low-pressure protection, fundamentally reducing operating risks. They support 24/7 continuous operation; units used by chemical industry clients have operated continuously for 12,000 hours without failure. The units also feature intelligent fault warning functions, providing proactive maintenance reminders to significantly reduce downtime risks and ensure continuous and stable production and operation.
