The ULPPRO Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Nitrogen generator is an on‑site nitrogen production device manufactured in China. It efficiently and economically separates high‑purity nitrogen directly from the air, offering a safe and reliable alternative to traditional bottled nitrogen or liquid nitrogen supply. The unit features a skid‑mounted, highly integrated structure that is stable and easy to move.
Using purified compressed air as the feed gas, the generator utilizes the difference in adsorption rates of carbon molecular sieve (CMS) for oxygen and nitrogen, achieving separation under ambient temperature and a certain pressure. The system typically consists of two adsorption towers (A and B) that automatically alternate between “pressurization‑adsorption” and “depressurization‑desorption” under PLC control, ensuring a continuous and stable supply of nitrogen with adjustable purity as required.
