The Flooded Screw Chiller is a high-efficiency cooling/heating unit designed specifically for large central air conditioning systems, industrial process cooling, and district heating applications. The unit utilizes a semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor developed independently by Hanbell, combined with a flooded (spray-type) evaporator and high-efficiency condenser, and an advanced microcomputer control system, achieving a perfect combination of high energy efficiency, high reliability, and high intelligence.

1.Positive Pressure Refrigerant Design: The unit uses positive pressure refrigerant, eliminating the need for an additional evacuation device, simplifying the machine room ventilation design.

2.Semi-Hermetic Twin-Screw Compressor: Utilizes a semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor independently developed by Hanbell, with the motor and compressor integrated into a single unit, completely eliminating shaft seal leakage, resulting in high transmission efficiency, low noise, and a long maintenance cycle.

3.High-Efficiency Flooded (Spray-Type) Evaporator: Liquid refrigerant forms a uniform liquid film on the outside of the heat exchange tubes, improving heat exchange efficiency by more than 10% compared to dry evaporators; low refrigerant charge volume meets environmental requirements; bottom oil collection design combined with an ejector pump ensures smooth oil return.

4.Built-in Oil Cooler: Uses refrigerant as the cooling medium, eliminating the need for additional cooling water, resulting in a compact and maintenance-free structure.
