Q: Can your Water-cooled Screw Chiller accommodate the 24-hour continuous operation of our workshop?

Very well. Our unit adopts semi-enclosed twin-screw compressor, motor and compressor are integrated in the same shell, with high transmission efficiency and no hidden danger of oil leakage; meanwhile, it is equipped with 30 + protection functions (overvoltage, undervoltage, anti-freezing, etc.), which supports continuous operation all year round. In actual cases, the unit of a chemical customer has been running continuously for 12000 hours without failure.

Q: As a China factory, can you provide after-sales support?

Very good. We have 7 regional service centers in China, and support remote technical guidance + quick delivery of spare parts for international customers (general spare parts are delivered to major ports in the world within 72 hours); in addition, the unit has intelligent fault warning function, which can push maintenance tips in advance to reduce shutdown risk.

Q: Is the installation of the unit complex?

The installation process is simple: we will provide detailed installation manuals and support remote guidance; the site only needs to meet the requirements of "ground bearing weight ≥ unit operating weight (maximum about 9600kg)+ reserved water inlet and outlet pipe interface," which can be directly adapted to most industrial/commercial sites.
