Under the meticulous maintenance of Shanghai Yuzhen's after-sales service engineers, the AA6-37A-AM permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressor at the Korean customer's site has been restored to like-new condition, with even more stable and reliable operation.

The stability advantage of this equipment stems from its unique design philosophy. Unlike conventional motors, the permanent magnet motor uses rare-earth permanent magnet materials instead of electrically excited windings, resulting in a simpler structure and greater reliability. The motor shares a common main shaft with the screw air end, eliminating the traditional motor bearing and removing this critical failure point, thereby achieving maintenance-free motor operation. What's more, the permanent magnet variable frequency motor can be started and stopped an unlimited number of times without affecting motor life, and its starting current does not exceed 100% of full-load current. This soft start feature imposes no impact on the power grid.

The Korean customer's production line has extremely high requirements for continuous compressed air supply — any equipment shutdown would result in significant losses. During the maintenance, the Yuzhen team focused on inspecting the variable frequency drive, permanent magnet motor, and control system, ensuring that the equipment operates stably even under high-temperature and high-load conditions, giving the customer complete peace of mind regarding their air supply.
