Good news keeps coming — Yuzhen has successfully completed the delivery and commissioning of a complete two-stage permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressor system in Thailand. The equipment has now been officially put into operation on the customer’s production line. The system features Hanbell’s self-developed two-stage compression unit, combined with an IE5 ultra-high efficiency permanent magnet motor and integrated coaxial direct drive, forming a complete high-efficiency air supply chain from the air source to the point of use.

The core advantage of this series lies in the synergy of "two-stage compression + permanent magnet variable frequency." Through coordinated compression between the low-pressure and high-pressure stages, the compression ratio per stage is effectively reduced, minimizing internal leakage and significantly improving volumetric efficiency. The variable frequency control system automatically adjusts the motor speed based on actual air demand, eliminating no-load energy waste. The overall energy saving can reach over 30% compared to traditional fixed-speed models. In addition, the unit features an oil-cooled cooling design with an IP65 protection rating, ensuring stable operation even in Thailand’s hot and humid industrial environment.

On-site test data shows that the unit’s loading time has been reduced, discharge pressure remains stable, and operating noise is far lower than that of similar products.
