Yuzhen Completes Installation and Commissioning of SAM-11A Oil-Free Scroll Air Compressor for Customer in Singapore

Recently, the after-sales engineering team of Shanghai Yuzhen successfully completed the on-site installation and commissioning of a Hanbell SAM-11A oil-free scroll air compressor in Singapore. The equipment has now been officially put into operation, with all parameters meeting the design requirements.

The SAM-11A is one of the representative models in Hanbell’s oil-free scroll series, with a motor power of 11 kW, a discharge pressure of 0.8–1.0 MPa, and an air delivery of up to 1,200 L/min. It features a self-developed oil-free scroll compressor unit by Hanbell, which has obtained TÜV Class 0 oil-free certification, ensuring compressed air purity complies with ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 0 standard. It is widely suitable for industries with high air quality requirements, such as pharmaceutical, food processing, electronics, and instrumentation.

The unit operates with low vibration and low noise. With fewer moving parts and almost no wearing parts, maintenance costs are significantly reduced. The intelligent control system automatically starts and stops the unit based on actual air demand, ensuring optimal operation of the number of units in service and enhancing energy efficiency.

The successful delivery of this project in Singapore once again demonstrates Shanghai Yuzhen‘s professional service capability in overseas markets and accumulates valuable experience for the expansion of Hanbell oil-free scroll products in the South American market.
