Product Features

The most core component of an air compressor - the screw compressor main unit:

Designed by a team from Taiwan, the Two stage Compression Variable Frequency Screw Air Compressor adopts the efficient ABD series double-stage compression screw unit. It features dual independent compression stages, low compression ratio, low host leakage, high volumetric efficiency, and a power reduction of 5-10% for the same air volume. Inter-stage oil mist spray cooling is used to enhance the compression adiabatic efficiency. A large rotor and a low-speed design of 1500 r/min with a low-speed transmission system are employed, resulting in low noise and vibration, and high reliability.


The permanent magnet variable frequency model adopts high-efficiency IE4 permanent magnet motors:

Hanbell Two stage Compression Variable Frequency Screw Air Compressor uses IE4 dedicated high-efficiency variable frequency motors, with a protection grade of IP55, F-class insulation, and B-class temperature rise. Equipped with imported brand SKF bearings to ensure the long-term stable and reliable operation of the motor.


Centrifugal fan:

The Hanbell tTwo stage Compression Variable Frequency Screw Air Compressor model adopts the side-in-top-out (top-out) design of the centrifugal fan. It has stable air pressure, an efficient suction design, uniform heat exchange, high efficiency of ring temperature heat exchange, and better oil injection temperature and efficiency of the main unit. The low-speed large-capacity centrifugal fan design is energy-saving and low-noise.


Cooler assembly:

The "pin" type cooler is designed with reliable assembly. The oil circuit cooler is designed as a separate unit, and the cooler stress groove design is adopted to prevent leakage caused by large temperature differences at the inlet and outlet of the oil ports due to thermal stress deformation; during shutdown, the oil is stored to fully protect the internal channels of the cooler.


Clamping coupling:

Convenient for maintenance; Elastomer 98SHA can transmit high torque and has good damping performance.

High-efficiency brand intake valve:

Normally closed intake valve, with low intake pressure loss. It closes rapidly during emergency shutdown to prevent lubricating oil from being sprayed during emergency stop; has a long service life, with a normal operation life of over 1 million times.


Inverter:

The domestically renowned brand INOVANCE inverter is adopted. The inverter features a high-efficiency circuit design and a high-performance arithmetic unit, enabling efficient energy conversion and making the equipment operate more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. Moreover, this inverter offers multiple control modes such as induction vector control, switching vector control, and vector excitation control, which can achieve efficient and energy-saving control effects in various load scenarios.


Oil and gas separation system:

The Hanbell oil separation core adopts a design with an extremely large filtration area. The compressed air enters the oil tank tangentially and rotates at high speed. Under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, the oil is ejected and sinks along the wall of the tank to the bottom. Then, it undergoes further filtration by the filter core, resulting in the compressed air having an oil content of ≤ 3 PPM after filtration, ensuring the air quality.

Oil and gas pipeline system:

O-ring and ED ring soft-sealing design ensures no leakage in the pipeline. The oil circuit is designed with stainless steel material, featuring a sturdy, elegant structure and high reliability, effectively preventing the occurrence of rust inside the pipeline.


Hanbell Cloud Service System:

The Two stage Compression Variable Frequency Screw Air Compressor of Hanbell are all equipped with a cloud service system.
