Two stage Compression Fixed Speed Screw Air Compressor Utilizes a fifth-generation α-type asymmetric 5-6 tooth profile with a low-tip speed lead design, independently developed and manufactured with complete independent intellectual property rights.

Uses imported heavy-duty bearings and a large-diameter rotor, resulting in lower speeds, longer compressor lifespan, and significantly improved volumetric efficiency.

Compressed air follows a natural recirculation from the high-pressure end to the low-pressure end. The higher the compression ratio, the greater the leakage. At the same power and exhaust pressure, dual-stage compression significantly reduces recirculation leakage compared to single-stage compression, and volumetric efficiency is greatly improved, achieving an increase of 10-15%.
