Extremely fast response: The calculation speed reaches microseconds (0.25ms), and it can immediately detect any change in the outlet water temperature.
Stable: With advanced PID control function, the machine can automatically adjust according to the load, keeping the water temperature fluctuation within ±0.3℃.
Operation is as simple as using a mobile phone: It comes with a high-definition touch screen, the operating status is clear at a glance, and even novices can complete the settings by clicking on the screen.

30 comprehensive protections: Whether it's compressor overheating, unstable voltage, or antifreeze protection, the unit has considered everything.
Self-checking and reminders: The machine will perform a "self-check" before starting, and will even automatically remind you when the condenser needs cleaning.
Cloud monitoring: A Modbus-RTU interface is reserved for seamless integration with building systems. It can not only manage the compressor but also link with water pumps and fans, doubling management efficiency.
Yuzhen adopts a series of industry-leading structural designs, directly increasing the cost-effectiveness:
Semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor: The motor and compressor are integrated, resulting in extremely high transmission efficiency, and completely solving the problem of oil leakage. It has low vibration, low noise, and is very durable.
Falling film (spray type) evaporator: The refrigerant is sprayed onto the tubes like a rain curtain, resulting in excellent heat transfer. Most importantly, it requires less refrigerant, which is both environmentally friendly and cost-effective.
High-efficiency condenser: The unique guide plate design can lower the condensation temperature by about 1℃. This may seem insignificant, but the electricity saved over long-term operation is substantial. Core Advantage 4: Wear-Free "Orifice Plate" Throttling
This is also the secret to the unit's high reliability.
Many chillers have throttling valves that are prone to failure, but we use a fixed orifice plate. It has no moving parts and relies entirely on physical dynamic balance to regulate the flow rate.
Maintenance-free: Because there is no mechanical wear, it is virtually maintenance-free, and the regulation is lag-free; the refrigerant flow is precisely controlled whether at full load or partial load.

1) Operating conditions of the unit
Evaporator: Inlet water temperature -20℃, outlet water temperature -25℃;
Condenser: Inlet water temperature 30℃, outlet water temperature 35℃;

3) Unit conversion: 1 RT (American refrigeration ton) = 3.517 kW;
4) Water side pressure of the evaporator is 1.0 MPa, and the water side pressure of the condenser is 1.0 MPa;
