Performance Characteristics

1. Main machine

The air intake is composed of a low-pressure stage intake and a high-pressure stage intake: The two stages of the intake are driven by the same motor. The intake is equipped with a variable speed gearbox. The exhaust pressure of the first stage is approximately 2.2 bar. The compressed air passes through the intermediate cooler and then enters the second stage intake for further compression.

The gear ratio of the low-pressure compressor head is 3 teeth for the driving rotor and 4 teeth for the driven rotor; the high-pressure stage compressor head uses 4 teeth for the driving rotor and 6 teeth for the driven rotor. The rotors all undergo special surface treatment. Particularly, the high-pressure stage uses stainless steel rotors, which are durable - capable of withstanding high temperatures and pressures - and have a unique structure, making it easy to match with different specifications, with simple operation and maintenance; the unique shaft seal design ensures absolute oil-free compressed air.

2. The motor adopts a brand-efficient permanent magnet motor, with a protection level of IP55 and an insulation level of F grade; it features high efficiency, large starting torque, low noise, a more reasonable structure, and a novel and attractive appearance.

It can achieve TUV Class 0 air quality (the highest international cleanliness standard), with no oil mist or impurities in the compressed air.
