V. AA-H Single-Stage Series (Medium Pressure)

Alloy Steel Rotor: Made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, forged and treated with carburizing and quenching. The rotor surface hardness reaches HRC60, enabling it to withstand immense stress under medium-high pressure conditions, resulting in a lifespan twice that of ordinary materials.

Upgraded Copper Bearings: Key support parts utilize copper-based alloy bearings. Compared to traditional steel bearings, wear resistance and heat dissipation are significantly improved under high loads, extending the maintenance cycle to 40,000 hours.

Precision Profile Design: A 5:6 tooth profile optimized for medium-high pressure ensures excellent volumetric efficiency and low noise levels even at high compression ratios.
