Thanks to its exclusive technologies such as high-efficiency evaporation, intelligent throttling, and stable oil return, it achieves high heating efficiency at low temperatures, while also offering advantages such as low energy consumption, easy maintenance, and high reliability. Our Ultra Low Ambient Air Source Heat Pump is designed for extremely cold regions such as Northeast and Northwest China, and can operate stably in ambient temperatures as low as -35°C.

With high energy efficiency ratio under low ambient temperatures, it is an ideal solution for addressing smog control and boiler replacement.

Featuring variable frequency design and large single-unit heating capacity, the KMAT-700 model can replace a 1-ton steam boiler.

Equipped with Hanbell LT-S-A single-unit dual-stage variable frequency screw heat pump compressor, with a frequency range of 20–80 Hz, achieving true two-stage compression.

Advanced low-temperature heating technology ensures no heat output reduction within the range of -35°C to +21°C.

No additional electric auxiliary heating is required during low ambient temperature operation.

The Ultra Low Ambient Air Source Heat Pump employs advanced defrosting technology.

Suitable for Extremely Cold Environments

The Ultra low Ambient Air Source Heat Pump utilizes a spray-type (falling film) evaporator + high-efficiency throttling design, ensuring stable heat output even at ultra-low ambient temperatures of -35℃. This completely solves the problem of traditional heat pumps failing at low temperatures, making it perfectly suited for winter heating in northern regions and projects in high-altitude cold areas.


Energy Saving

The Ultra low Ambient Air Source Heat Pump is equipped with a Hanbell semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor (with a transmission efficiency of nearly 100%), combined with a fixed orifice plate throttling device (no lag, precise flow control). The unit maintains high-efficiency operation under full load/variable conditions, and its energy consumption is more than 60% lower than traditional coal/gas boilers.


Maintenance

Built-in oil cooler + independent ejector pump oil return system: ensures timely oil return under any load, preventing the compressor from ever running out of oil, eliminating the need for frequent maintenance; No moving parts throttling design: the fixed orifice plate replaces the traditional throttling valve, eliminating potential failure points. Only filter cleaning is required for daily maintenance, reducing maintenance costs by 80%.
