Refrigerated Air Dryer

The China Yuzhen refrigerated air dryer features a heat exchanger that we designed and manufactured ourselves, using special hydrophilic aluminum foil. The fan is designed for easy cleaning without disassembling the rotor, making maintenance incredibly convenient. All components in the refrigeration system are from internationally renowned brands.

Our Refrigerated Air Dryer adopts a radiation-free installation design and uses an external rotor fan, characterized by high airflow, long lifespan, and excellent heat dissipation. High-quality international brands for refrigeration components and control elements.

Structural Design: The structure follows the golden ratio design concept, resulting in a compact, aesthetically pleasing, and practical design.

The drainage system has also been upgraded. The gas-water separation device, coupled with a high-quality automatic drain valve, can continuously and stably discharge condensed water, ensuring consistent drying performance. The heat dissipation system of this Refrigerated Air Dryer has an automatic pressure switch that automatically controls the fan's start and stop.

Its drainage system also features a thoughtfully designed filter that can be cleaned regularly, making maintenance incredibly convenient.

The refrigeration system ensures low temperatures and prevents icing. Combined with a good refrigerant filtration system, there is no icing phenomenon, and it can effectively and stably remove moisture from compressed air.

The minimum processing capacity required for selecting a refrigerated air dryer = Inlet flow rate ÷ (A × B × C × D)

For example: Inlet flow rate is 45 m³/min, inlet temperature is 65℃, operating pressure is 1.0 MPa, ambient temperature is 40℃, and the required pressure dew point is 2℃. Select an air-cooled high-temperature refrigerated air dryer.

The minimum processing capacity required for the selected refrigerated air dryer = 45 m³/min ÷ (1.00 × 1.25 × 0.90 × 1.00) = 40 m³/min. Therefore, a refrigerated air dryer with a processing capacity of at least 40 m³/min should be selected. (The selection method for water-cooled types is the same.)
