Product Description

1. The internal structure of the tower is specially optimized: the compressed air enters at the perfect angle and contact time with the adsorbent.

2. The Heatless Adsorption Air Dryer uses high-purity alumina and molecular sieve as adsorbents. These are the most commonly used and efficient materials for drying compressed air. It employs a vacuum negative pressure filling method, resulting in a tighter and denser packing of adsorbent particles. This tight packing prevents powdering of the adsorbent during long-term high-pressure airflow impact and regeneration cycles, extending the adsorbent's lifespan.

Many customers have stated that the adsorbent can be used for several years without frequent replacement, which directly reduces maintenance costs and downtime.

3. This machine is equipped with an intelligent controller. When the machine is running, key data such as pressure and temperature can be displayed on the screen in real time, so you don't have to squat next to it and stare at it all the time. You can keep track of the machine's operating status at any time.

4. In terms of valves, we use high-performance pneumatic control valves, which are fast and stable when switching adsorption towers. The solenoid valve chosen is a standard low-pressure model, which is highly accurate, responsive, and can execute control commands precisely and quickly.
