Features

1）"Liquid-bearing" technology for the main unit

In theory, the screw and the star wheel operate without friction or contact. This design ensures that the air delivery does not decrease. In practice, it minimizes the loss of air volume and improves volumetric compression efficiency.

2）The main unit and system are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as full stainless steel

This achieves the highest level of cleanliness and an extended service life.

3）Fully sealed technology and simplified system design

This reduces the failure rate, minimizes air volume loss, and prolongs the replacement intervals for maintenance consumables, keeping the inside of the compressor system much cleaner.

4）Standardization of components

Enables standardized production, thereby improving product reliability.

1）Patents related to the ULP compressor unit

a）Patent 1: Liquid-bearing technology, zero-stress active profile technology with surface contact

b）Patent 2: Special mechanical seal design, the unit itself provides excellent sealing performance without the need for external equipment, thereby avoiding additional risk points caused by external equipment failure.

1）High rotor hardness

The screw rotor material is selected from high-strength stainless steel alloys (e.g., 42CrMo, 304, 316, 2205, etc.), which are quenched and nitrided. The hardness is ≥ HRC58, and the fatigue strength is increased by 40%.

2）High purity

Screw water‑lubricated technology: uses the screw meshing structure to achieve sealing and cooling between rotors via a water film. The fully sealed chamber is free from oil contamination under any circumstances. With a rotational speed of less than 3000 rpm, it essentially performs isothermal compression.
