Yuzhen High Voltage Screw Air Compressor is designed for high-power industrial applications that demand stable air supply, high energy efficiency, and long-term reliability. By adopting a high-voltage direct-drive solution, it effectively reduces current, lowers line losses, and improves overall system efficiency, making it especially suitable for continuous-duty industries such as metallurgy, chemical processing, mining, power generation, and large-scale manufacturing.

Core Component – Screw Compressor Main Unit

The High Voltage Screw Air Compressor main unit, the most critical part of an air compressor, is developed by a professional team from Taiwan. It utilizes the highly efficient ABD series double-stage compression screw unit, featuring two independent compression stages. This design ensures a low compression ratio, minimal host leakage, and high volumetric efficiency, while achieving a 5-10% power saving for the same air output.

To further improve performance, inter-stage oil mist spray cooling is applied, enhancing the adiabatic efficiency of the compression process. The unit also incorporates a large rotor and a low-speed design operating at 1500 r/min, combined with a low-speed transmission system. This results in reduced noise and vibration and ensures high operational reliability under demanding conditions.
